1. Terms Acceptance
By accessing our platform at app.growcadence.com, you agree to comply with these terms, our privacy policy, and the respective terms of service of connected platforms (e.g., X Developer Terms).
2. User Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You represent that you are authorized to bind any company or brand handle connected to your GrowCadence workspaces. Any unauthorized profile connection must be immediately reported.
3. Acceptable Platform Use
GrowCadence enforces zero tolerance for spam, hate speech, coordinated bot campaigns, or malicious link distribution. Violations of platform standards will result in immediate termination of account access without refunds.
4. Subscriptions, Fees, & Refunds
SaaS tiers are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Upgrades or downgrades take place instantly, prorated by Stripe. We offer a 14-day premium trial, after which billing continues automatically unless cancelled.
5. Disclaimer of Liabilities
GrowCadence relies on external third-party API services. We are not liable for outages, down-ranking, handle suspensions, or platform restriction updates initiated by X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
