GrowCadence collects specific parameters required to operate our social scheduling services. This includes (a) Account Information: Name, email address, company profiles; (b) Profile Connection Tokens: Secure OAuth 2.0 access credentials issued by X (Twitter) or Meta; and (c) Attribution logs: UTM parameters, link clicks, and campaign identifiers generated by your shared posts.
2. How We Use Information
Your data is utilized solely to provide and optimize scheduling and analytics. We use secure cookies to track client-side UTM paths. We do not sell, rent, or lease customer lists or social statistics to third-party brokers.
3. Token Security & Storage
All platform connection tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standard and stored within isolated environment containers. You can revoke token permissions at any instant inside your GrowCadence settings dashboard.
4. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Subscribers hold full rights to request absolute account deletion, data extraction, or access summaries. Contact compliance@growcadence.com to submit formal data requests.
